Description

The GM TH400 main shaft kit is designed for use in GM full-size truck applications where a 700R4 transmission is being replaced with a TH400, and the vehicle utilizes an NP208 or NP241 series transfer case. When installed into the TH400, the output side will mimic the dimensions of a 4WD 700R4. The kit includes the adapter casting, a new TH400 output shaft, transmission dust cover, TH400 gasket, o-ring, dipstick, and installation instructions. This specific kit is for 1986 and newer applications, featuring a short foot on the casting.
