The South Bend Clutch Steel Single Mass Flywheel (SBCSUB1000) is engineered for performance and durability, suitable for stock to highly modified vehicles. It is constructed from heat-resistant, low carbon hot-rolled steel, ensuring it can withstand high temperatures without warping and provides an optimal friction surface for your clutch. Utilizing a single-mount CNC machining process, this flywheel guarantees precise tolerances and balanced operation that meets or surpasses OEM specifications. Extensive field testing has determined the ideal weight for this application, ensuring smooth operation and a component built for extreme driving conditions. It is also SFI approved for safety and performance validation. The flywheel assembly weighs 18 lbs and comes complete with new flywheel bolts for a straightforward installation. This component is designed for Subaru WRX and STI models from 2004-2021.
