Description

Constructed from 8740 Chromoly Steel and finished with a black oxide coating, these bolts boast a tensile strength of 170,000 psi and are rated at 180,000 psi, providing 15% greater strength than standard Grade 8 fasteners. The kit includes hardened washers and is sold as a complete set to equip both cylinder heads. Designed with a reduced-wrenching hex head, these bolts facilitate easier access and can eliminate the need for valvetrain removal during re-torquing procedures. The 1/2-inch diameter bolts are specifically engineered for a wide range of Small Block Ford 351W applications, ensuring a precise fit for optimal performance and reliability. This kit covers installations for numerous Ford and Mercury models, including Galaxie, Mustang, Cougar, Country Squire, Fairlane, Torino, Elite, E-series vans, LTD II, Thunderbird, Bronco, LTD, LTD Crown Victoria, F-Series trucks, Colony Park, Marquis, Grand Marquis, Continental Mark VI, and the 1995 Mustang SVT Cobra R.
