The Demon Powersports X-Treme Heavy Duty Axles are designed for extreme terrains and racing conditions. They feature larger CV joints and shafts, a proprietary dual heat treatment process, and are constructed from 4340 Chromoly Steel for superior strength and longevity. The re-engineered cage design enhances durability, and Molybdenum grease lubricates the micro-polished internal components to reduce heat. Some fitments are available with a 300M shaft for enhanced durability. These axles are tailored for long travel suspension and lift kits and come with an industry-first 2-year limited warranty.
