The CTS Turbo Crank Pulley Upgrade is engineered for Audi 3.0T FSI engines, offering a significant performance enhancement. This 187mm pulley features a larger diameter than the stock component and is precision CNC machined from billet T66061 aluminum, replacing the less robust two-piece factory design. By reducing rotational mass and increasing the supercharger's rotational speed, this upgrade directly contributes to increased boost pressure. To achieve its full potential, this kit requires "Stage 2" or "Stage 2+" performance software. This specialized ECU tuning is essential for safely optimizing air-fuel ratios, timing, and boost pressure bleed-off, allowing for a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque across the entire powerband. The manufacturer states that this upgrade will not increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components when used with the appropriate software. Includes are the CTS Turbo 187mm Crank Pulley, 8 x Grade 12.9 bolts, and a Bando Crankshaft belt (Made in the USA). The pulley itself is made in Canada and features an anodized black finish for durability and aesthetics. It is designed with OEM-spec honing and tolerances for a precise fit. The product fits various Audi models including the S4 B8/B8.5, S5 B8/B8.5, SQ5 B8, Q5 B8, A6 C6, A6 C7, and A7 C7 with the 3.0T V6 SC engine.
