The TeraFlex ST Dual Rate Pneumatic Front Sway Bar provides a seamless transition between on-road stability and off-road articulation via a push-button pneumatic disconnect system. It features quiet, bushing-mounted operation, allowing flex without binding while maintaining highway manners. The system includes forged arms with two torsion adjustment holes and 4140 chromoly torsion bars for stable highway driving. When disconnected, a lighter trail-rate sway bar remains engaged, offering off-camber control and full suspension articulation. The street torsion bar disconnects using an onboard air compressor (50 PSI minimum) and re-engages easily without requiring a level vehicle. The kit includes wiring, 6mm air lines, an ARB-style switch, and a solenoid. Arms and torsion bars are e-dipped for corrosion resistance. The lock/release assembly features a hard-anodized aluminum body with sealed internal lubrication, hardened contact points, protective lip seals, and machined torsion bar splines for perfect alignment. A hardened trail bar cap enhances off-road durability.
