The TeraFlex HD Front Axle Housing is a robust replacement or upgrade for bent, broken, or damaged factory axles in Jeep Wrangler JL (2-door and 4-door) and JT Gladiator vehicles (including Rubicon models). This heavy-duty ductile cast iron housing features a UV-protected 3-stage powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance. It includes axle tubes, front inner axle shafts (JL and JT), bracketry, and forged inner knuckles with pre-installed inner axle seals and upper control arm bushings. This specific unit comes with an ARB air locker and 4.88 ratio ring and pinion gears pre-installed. It is compatible with Dana 30 AdvanTEK (M186) internal components, allowing you to transfer existing outer components (stub shafts, unit bearings, knuckle assembly, brakes, sensors) to create a complete axle assembly. The housing also features integrated lower control arm skid plates, high-flow oil passages, and a bottom oil drain hole for easy fluid changes.
