The B&M Hi-Tek deep transmission pan, MPN 71401, is constructed from A356-T6 aluminum with thick internal and external fins for increased strength and improved cooling. This deep pan design increases fluid capacity by 2 quarts over the stock OE pan, leading to lower transmission and fluid temperatures and prolonging the life of the transmission and its components. It features a drain port with a magnetic drain plug for easy servicing and a 1/8-inch NPT temperature sensor port for adding a temperature gauge. The pan comes with detailed instructions and all necessary hardware for installation.
