It includes custom-length, commercial-grade -10AN fittings and large ID stainless braided lines to minimize pressure drop and ensure easy installation.

Prolonged excessive oil temperatures can lead to premature oil breakdown and increased engine wear. This kit directly addresses these issues. The core of the JBR oil cooler is a 19-row unit constructed from aluminum with corrugated-fins and internal tubular plates. This design maximizes thermal efficiency and mechanical strength, resulting in a compact, lightweight, and highly effective oil cooler package. It is complemented by custom-length, commercial-grade -10AN fittings and large ID stainless braided lines designed to minimize pressure drop and simplify installation. Included is a polished billet aluminum sandwich plate that features two 1/8” NPT ports, providing convenient locations for mounting additional gauges and sensors. The kit also comes with custom mounting brackets and stainless steel hardware to ensure the core is securely positioned in front of the radiator. This placement maximizes exposure to incoming airflow, contributing to an oil temperature reduction of over 30⁰F under optimal conditions. This direct bolt-on application is designed for the 2012+ Focus NA and 2013+ Focus ST models. The kit is manufactured in the USA and includes the oil cooler core, two stainless braided hoses, a sandwich plate with two 1/8” NPT plugs, two application-specific core mounting brackets, and two aluminized fiberglass heat shield sleeves, along with stainless steel mounting hardware.
