19-Row Engine Oil Cooler Kit

This kit employs a robust 19-row core, constructed from aluminum with corrugated fins and internal tubular plates, offering superior thermal efficiency and mechanical strength for optimal cooling performance. Installation is simplified with custom-length, commercial-grade -10AN fittings and large ID stainless braided lines, designed to minimize pressure drop. The kit also features a polished billet aluminum sandwich plate equipped with two 1/8” NPT ports, providing convenient access for the installation of additional gauges and sensors. Custom mounting brackets and stainless steel hardware are included to securely position the oil cooler core in front of the radiator, maximizing exposure to incoming airflow and contributing to a significant reduction in oil temperatures. This JBR oil cooler kit is a direct bolt-on application designed for the 2012+ Ford Focus NA and the 2013+ Ford Focus ST models. The kit includes the oil cooler core, two stainless braided hoses, a sandwich plate with two 1/8” NPT plugs, application-specific core mounting brackets, and two aluminized fiberglass heat shield sleeves, along with all necessary stainless steel mounting hardware and installation instructions.
