19-Row Oil Cooler Kit

The Grassroots Performance OCK19NIZ is a complete bolt-on 19-row oil cooler kit engineered for Nissan 350Z/370Z and Infiniti G35/G37 vehicles. This kit aims to enhance engine cooling efficiency and provide additional engine bay space, making it a vital upgrade for performance and track applications. The oil circulates through high-temperature, high-pressure lines to the cooler, which is 2 inches thick and designed to help maintain peak oil performance temperatures. This also aids the overall engine cooling system by reducing heat from internal engine components. Recent upgrades include specified line lengths for better ground clearance, upgraded hardware for easier servicing, 90-degree fittings on all line ends for improved flow, and an enhanced bracket design for simpler installation. The core measures 11.5" x 5.5" x 2.00" and is constructed from T-6061 aluminum. It has been working load tested up to 150 psi, offers an increased oil capacity of 0.38L, and features -10AN in/out fittings. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use a 2008 Nissan Titan V8 oil filter. This kit includes the 19-row oil cooler, -10AN 90-degree swivel fittings installed on 47" and 62" lines, an oil cooler adapter plate, and a mounting bracket with hardware for direct installation on applicable models. A thermostatic adapter option is available for optimal street and track use, opening at 187°F to maintain optimal operating temperatures and allowing oil to flow through the cooler only when increased temperatures are detected. This version also features two ports for oil feed or sensor usage. NOTE: This kit does not fit 2012+ models or any AWD models without minor modification.
