The TeckWrap MT04-18M is a training-grade vinyl wrap designed for practice, testing, or non-commercial tutorials. This 190-series polymeric calendared film provides an affordable option for installers to hone their application techniques, such as managing air-release channels, heat-stretching, and deep recess inlays. The film measures 152 cm in width and 18 m in length, featuring a 121 µm film thickness and a Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive. It is intended for practice applications and is not recommended for final vehicle installations, as the material may have extended storage age. There is no warranty provided for this product. Successful application of this practice material requires working in an ambient temperature range of +17°C to +23°C. Users should remove the protective cap before installation and use a soft squeegee with a buffer for smoothing. The material requires a post-heat process at 100°C and a curing time of at least 24 hours (48 hours recommended). Because the film is directional, installers should verify the grain orientation before cutting.
