Each injector undergoes rigorous testing, including flow testing on an in-house bench, with four tests required before shipment.

The Warren Diesel WD-190CCSTK is a set of eight 190cc fuel injectors specifically engineered for the Ford 6.0L Powerstroke engine, model years 2003-2007. These injectors are meticulously remanufactured by Warren Diesel. The process includes reconditioning all internal mating surfaces, comprehensive inspection of every component, replacement of any defective parts, and renewal of all solenoids and o-rings. Each remanufactured injector is subjected to extensive testing on an in-house flow bench, passing four distinct tests before being cleared for shipment. An upgrade option is available for a new spool valve, which extends the warranty from six months to one year. To maximize the performance and ensure proper operation of these injectors, custom tuning is required. Additionally, an aftermarket lift pump and a regulated return fuel system are necessary to supply adequate fuel. For optimal results, a stage 2 or larger turbocharger is recommended. These injectors are capable of supporting up to 550 rear-wheel horsepower. Installation hardware, including o-rings and copper crush washers, is included. Core options are available, such as sending in your existing cores first or paying a core charge. Please note that builds with OEM and new spool valves may have a 1-3 business day lead time before shipping.
