It is built for demanding weather conditions, using 24oz marine-grade vinyl with Grade 3 / 1000-hour UV resistance and extreme cold resistance. The frame is constructed from 6063-grade epoxy-coated aluminum, and plastic components are made from reinforced, cold-resistant nylon. It utilizes American & Efird™ high tear-strength nylon thread and Velcro® Brand hook & loop fasteners for durability.
