Description

The CTS Turbo Crank Pulley Upgrade Kit is a 192mm pulley designed for the 3.0T FSI engine. It replaces the stock two-piece pulley with a larger diameter, single-piece billet T66061 aluminum component. This reduces rotational mass and increases supercharger speed to boost pressure output.

This upgrade requires specific performance software for 192mm pulleys and an upgraded heat exchanger. The software will optimize air-fuel ratios, timing, and boost pressure for maximum power gains. The kit includes the crank pulley, mounting bolts, and a replacement serpentine belt.
