Overview

The AFR 195cc SBC Street Cylinder Heads are high-performance components designed for small-block Chevy engines up to 400 cubic inches. These heads feature 100% CNC-ported intake, exhaust, and combustion chambers, constructed from durable A356 aluminum.

They are recommended for engines operating up to 6500 RPM and are CARB-certified for use in 1994 and older emissions-controlled vehicles. The heads include a competition 5-angle valve job and are optimized for airflow and efficiency in street applications.

The AFR 195cc SBC Street Cylinder Heads are engineered for high-performance street applications, offering enhanced airflow and efficiency for small-block Chevy engines up to 400 cubic inches. These heads boast 100% CNC-ported intake, exhaust, and combustion chambers, ensuring precision and optimal performance. Constructed from durable A356 aluminum, these cylinder heads are built to last. They are designed for engines operating up to 6500 RPM and are CARB-certified under EO #D-250-2 for use in 1994 and older emissions-controlled vehicles. The 23° valve angle and L98 angle plug design contribute to their performance capabilities. Included components feature 2.050" intake valves and 1.600" exhaust valves, PAC Racing dual valve springs rated for .600" maximum lift, ARP rocker studs, and Viton valve seals. The heads have a 65cc combustion chamber size and a 195cc intake port volume, with a stock intake port location and a .100" raised exhaust port location. These cylinder heads are ideal for maximizing engine efficiency, throttle response, and longevity in performance-oriented street-driven applications.
