It effectively reduces road noise, exhaust noise, and vibration, while also providing thermal insulation to reduce heat by up to 40%. The material is 1.5mm thick, lightweight at 0.47 lbs per square foot, and performs in temperatures from -30 F to 550 F. It is a peel-and-stick application, requiring no pre-cleaning of the surface, heat guns, or messy glues for installation.
