The KL JT-OBA Direct-Fit Onboard Air system is a 100% Bolt-On, high-performance onboard air system designed for extreme conditions. It features a heavy-duty Kleinn model 6450RC WATERPROOF air compressor with a 2.8-gallon air tank mounted on a custom-designed bracket. No cutting, drilling, or modifications are necessary for installation. The system includes all necessary air line, hardware, fittings, and a wiring kit with a 30-amp relay. This onboard air system provides a powerful and reliable air source for various tasks, including supporting compact air horns and full-size train horns, inflating tires with the included tire inflation kit, filling rafts, air mattresses, and recreational gear, powering small pneumatic tools for roadside repairs, cleaning your cab with an optional air blow gun, and supporting air bag suspension systems. The system features a 100% duty-cycle waterproof air compressor and a high-capacity, anti-corrosion-coated steel air tank for long-term durability. Installation is direct-fit, with powder-coated steel brackets that bolt directly to factory locations, ensuring an OEM-clean fitment. The kit includes a heavy-duty air hose, quick-connect fittings, a glow-in-the-dark inflator gauge, and all required wiring and hardware, as well as Kleinn Juice-1 Thread Sealant.
