The 6boost Toyota 1JZGTE Non VVTi V-Band Exhaust Manifold is meticulously crafted in Australia, with each unit being individually hand-made to order. This ensures a bespoke fit and finish tailored specifically for your Toyota 1JZGTE Non VVTi engine. The manifold's standout feature is its unique "merge collector" design. Unlike conventional designs, this collector ensures that exhaust pipes do not cross, optimizing flow by directing all gases directly into the turbine entry. This design aims to improve exhaust scavenging and spool response. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this exhaust manifold is built to withstand the high temperatures and pressures associated with performance applications. It is available with a selection of v-band flange options to accommodate various turbochargers, including Garrett G25/30/35, Turbosmart 5862/6262/6466, Tial GT28/30/35, and Precision PT55-67. Additionally, options for a 50mm wastegate port and integration of Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) sensors are available to further customize the setup. Customers should note that heat wrapping the manifold will void the manufacturer's warranty. Custom configurations and additional extras like ceramic coating are also available upon request.
