The ARM Motorsports 1K FMIC is a high-performance front mount intercooler engineered as an ultimate upgrade for E-Series BMWs equipped with upgraded twin turbo and big single turbo setups. This intercooler boasts a substantial core with a volume of 1,155 cubic inches, significantly outperforming stock units. Measuring 20"x11"x7.5", it offers a 270% increase in size over the factory intercooler, positioning it among the largest available for E-Series BMWs. The core is packed with an ultra-dense fin design, featuring 20 fins per inch, optimized to maximize heat dissipation and airflow. The end-tanks are meticulously designed with smooth transitions and geometry to enhance airflow and boost power potential. Its 3" inlet and outlet ports facilitate seamless integration with turbos and charge pipes, minimizing turbulence for improved performance. Additionally, a cast fin is integrated into the inlet port to ensure uniform distribution of charge air across the intercooler core's turbo-side. This kit includes the ARM 1K Front Mount Intercooler, a Lower Charge Pipe Upgrade, mounting hardware, and hose clamps. Installation will require trimming of the bumper. A 3" charge pipe is also required for proper installation of the ARM 1K FMIC kit.
