The ARM Motorsports 1K FMIC is a front mount intercooler designed for E-Series BMW models.

This intercooler features a massive 1,155 cubic inch core, measuring 20"x11"x7.5", making it 270% larger than the stock unit. It utilizes an ultra-dense fin pack with 20 fins per inch to maximize cooling efficiency. The end-tanks are engineered for smooth airflow transitions and have 3" inlet and outlet ports. It also includes an integrated cast fin in the inlet port for uniform charge air distribution.

The ARM 1K Front Mount Intercooler Kit is one of the largest intercoolers available for the E-Series BMW, boasting a massive 1,155 cubic inch core. This substantial volume, measuring 20"x11"x7.5", is 270% larger than the stock unit and is engineered to support over 1,000 wheel horsepower, making it an ideal upgrade for vehicles with upgraded twin turbo or big single turbo setups. The intercooler features an ultra-dense fin pack with 20 fins per inch, maximizing its cooling efficiency. The end-tanks are designed with smooth transitions and improved geometry to enhance airflow and power output, while the 3" inlet and outlet ports minimize turbulence. A cast fin integrated into the inlet port further aids in distributing charge air uniformly across the core. This kit includes the ARM 1K Front Mount Intercooler, a lower charge pipe upgrade, mounting hardware, and hose clamps. Installation will require trimming of the bumper. The intercooler is designed for BMW E82 135i, E90 335i/335xi, E92 335i/335xi, and E93 335i models with N54 or N55 3.0L engines.
