1L Cast Aluminum Swirl Pot Air Oil Separator

The IAG Air/Oil Separator (AOS) is engineered as a protective upgrade for your Subaru's engine. Designed through extensive testing, this AOS is specifically for the 2015-2021 WRX and 2014-2018 Forester XT models with the 2.0L FA engine. This system utilizes a 1-liter cast aluminum swirl pot canister to significantly improve the separation of oil from PCV system gases before they are returned to the intake. The durable, lightweight aluminum housing incorporates an intelligent baffle design for enhanced ventilation. The AOS works with all fuel types, improves crankcase ventilation, and integrates seamlessly with standard ECU settings without requiring tuning. To prevent oil from entering the intake tract, the IAG AOS uses a unique baffle system. Internal gas vortexes filter through baffles, trapping oil and allowing clean gas to escape. The system retains OEM PCV function, leveraging intake manifold vacuum. For ethanol-fueled applications, it captures fuel vapors from the oil to prevent dilution. The AOS also features a proprietary heating system, linked to the vehicle's cooling system, to minimize condensation and sludge buildup. Installation is simplified with custom-length SAE Quick Connection lines and pre-cut hoses on applicable Subaru models. The AOS is available in black, red, or neon yellow.
