Overview

The PPE Engineering stainless steel headers are a 4-1 design built for the Lexus LS400. These headers feature 1 5/8" runners and a smooth formed collector with a 2.5" outlet. Made from 100% 304 stainless steel, they include new outlet gaskets.

The PPE Engineering stainless steel headers are a 4-1 design featuring 1 5/8" runners and a smooth formed collector with a 2.5" outlet. Constructed from 100% 304 stainless steel, these headers are designed for the Lexus LS400 model years 1998-2000. They come complete with new outlet gaskets. These headers are not a direct fit to the stock catalytic converters and will require modification to your stock catalytic converters, the use of high-flow catalytic converters, or the fabrication of test pipes for proper fitment, as they are longer than the stock manifolds. Installation is a bolt-on process with no O2 sensor extensions required. The product is vehicle-specific. Power gains are estimated between 18-20 whp and 20+ ft-lb. Optional ceramic coating is available to help reduce engine bay temperatures and maintain the headers' appearance over time. Matching flanges for exhaust modification are also available at an additional charge.
