Description

The FOX 2.0 IFP Steering Stabilizer Shock, part of the Performance Series, is engineered to upgrade both on-road comfort and off-road control for Trucks and Jeeps. This steering stabilizer features a 2-inch diameter body constructed from impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 clear anodized aluminum, which resists rust. The shaft is made of a 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel. It incorporates a race-developed, high-flow piston design and application-specific valving for maximized performance. The internal IFP (internal floating piston) mono-tube reservoir design ensures consistent operation. Installation requires a BDS Steering Stabilizer mounting kit. It is specifically noted that this steering stabilizer will only work with a BDS Dual Steering Stabilizer Mount and is listed for 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD with the 24V L6 DIESEL 5.9 engine.
