2.0 Performance Series IFP Shock Absorber

The Fox 2.0 Performance Series IFP smooth body shock absorber is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of your Truck or SUV. The shock's construction includes a precision metal impact aluminum body, which not only increases heat dissipation compared to steel but also prevents rust. Internally, the Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design effectively separates the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber. This separation prevents oil aeration, ensuring maximum performance from the factory-tuned precision valving. A race-developed high-flow damping piston, combined with application-specific valving, provides a predictable ride quality capable of handling rough terrain. This shock absorber is designed for the rear position of select Toyota FJ Cruiser models from 2007 to 2014, accommodating factory ride height with 0-1.5 inches of lift. All necessary washers, bushings, reservoir clamps, and nuts are included for installation, utilizing factory shock mounting bolts. The specifications include a 2.0" shock tube diameter, an extended length of 23.55", a compressed length of 14.95", and 8.6" of travel. The top mount is a STEM type, and the bottom mount is an EYELET type. The shock features an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) reservoir and an aluminum exterior finish.
