2.0 Performance Series IFP Shock Absorber

The Fox 2.0 Performance Series IFP smooth body shocks are engineered to upgrade the suspension performance of your truck or SUV. Constructed with a precision metal impact aluminum body, these shocks provide increased cooling capacity and are resistant to rust. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design effectively separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, preventing oil aeration and maximizing the performance of the factory-tuned valving. The race-developed high-flow damping piston, combined with application-specific valving, ensures predictable ride quality capable of handling rough road conditions. This shock absorber is designed for the rear position and allows for a factory lift or a 1-1.5 inch lift for the Jeep Comanche (1986-1992) and a 1.5-2 inch lift for the Jeep Grand Cherokee (1993-2004). It features an extended length of 23.65 inches, a compressed length of 15.05 inches, and 8.6 inches of travel. The top and bottom mounts are EYELET/SLEEVE, and the reservoir is an Internal Floating Piston (IFP). The shock comes with factory hardware for installation, including washers, bushings, reservoir clamps, and nuts. Factory shock mounting bolts are reused.
