The FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP smooth body shock absorber is engineered to significantly upgrade your truck or SUV's suspension performance. The shock body is constructed from precision metal impact aluminum, which enhances cooling efficiency and resists corrosion. Internally, the shock features an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design. This design effectively separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, preventing oil aeration and allowing the factory-tuned precision valving to perform at its maximum potential. The application-specific valving, matched with a race-developed high-flow damping piston, provides predictable ride quality that can handle even the roughest road conditions. This specific model, part number 985-24-030, is designed for the rear position of 2004-2008 Ford F-150 RWD vehicles with a 0-1 inch lift.
