The precise manufacturing processes and strict adherence to quality standards ensure accurate flow control and unparalleled precision adjustment. King’s bypass valve springs are made from the same material as their valve shims to reduce heat-induced fade. Shock tubes are honed after plating to assure a tight piston seal, and all bypass ports are CNC drilled, hand deburred, and polished for enhanced flow control.
