The core of this kit is a massive 23.5" x 2" x 16.5" bar and plate intercooler, constructed from durable T5052 aluminum. It features T6061 cast aluminum end tanks with a proprietary internal fin and louver configuration for maximum efficiency, all TIG welded for superior strength. This intercooler upgrade significantly reduces charge air temperatures, providing a drastic reduction in heat-soak and ensuring optimal performance under all driving conditions. It boasts over 60% more volume than the factory intercooler, and its design allows for sufficient spacing between the A/C condenser and radiator. The kit includes a CNC machined billet aluminum OEM boost hose adapter and multi-ply flow-matched silicone hoses for a smooth airflow transition.
