The RV6 Performance Catted Downpipe is designed for the 2016-2021 Honda Civic 2.0L. It was developed using Solidworks 3D modeling and Romer CMM for precise measurements, with advanced flow analysis applied to the transition from engine to tube. The downpipe features a 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converter, a 304 stainless steel precision-cast transition, 2.5-inch 304 stainless steel tubing, and a 304 stainless steel flange.

The RV6 Performance Catted Downpipe is engineered to address the restrictive factory exhaust manifold on the 2016-2021 Honda Civic 2.0L K20C2 models. Unlike conventional headers, the factory setup integrates multiple catalytic converters, leading to significant power loss. This downpipe replaces that system with a single-piece, free-flowing design. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel throughout, this downpipe features a precision-cast transition piece optimized for maximum flow characteristics using advanced analysis. The tubing measures 2.5 inches in diameter, and all welds are fully TIG welded with argon back-gassing to ensure purity and longevity. It includes a 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converter. RV6 offers a 24-month warranty on the castings and welding. This downpipe is designed to fit the 2016-2021 Honda Civic 2.0L (K20C2) and also fits the 2022+ Honda Civic 2.0L (K20C2). Installation hardware, including studs, flanged lock nuts, a flange bolt, an OEM-style gasket, and a wire harness, are included. Optional ceramic coating (black or silver) is available, which adds 7-14 business days to processing time. The product is sold as a competition-use part and may not be legal for street use in all areas.
