2.0L Kappa Race Exhaust Package

The ZZP 2.0L Kappa Race Exhaust Package is a comprehensive, turbo-back exhaust system crafted for performance enthusiasts. This USA-hand-fabricated system begins with a 3.5-inch bend exiting the turbo, maintaining a 3-inch diameter to the ZZP High Flow Y-pipe. From there, dual 2.5-inch pipes lead to 4-inch angle-cut exhaust tips, with ZZP Dual Resonators featuring stamped logos. Constructed with mandrel-bent piping and hand TIG welded in-house, this package includes a ZZP 200-cell high-flow catalytic converter that is EPA certified. For installation, V-Band connections and slip-fit clamps are provided, and all OEM hanger locations are utilized for direct fitment. A bead of RTV Ultra Copper Gasket Maker is recommended for the non-gasketed fit-up between the turbo outlet and the downpipe. It is intended for use with the stock LNF exhaust manifold; replacement LDK/LHU manifolds may introduce clearance issues. Please note that while the catalytic converters are EPA certified, they do not meet CARB compliance standards for certain states.
