Overview

The Canadian Auto Performance intercooler is a direct-fit upgrade for B9 and B9.5 Audi A4, A5, Q5, S4, S5, and SQ5 models equipped with 2.0T or 3.0T engines. This intercooler features cast aluminum end tanks and a bar and plate core for improved thermal heat dissipation and anti-corrosion properties. It offers significantly less pressure drop over OEM and low turbulence for optimal performance.

The Canadian Auto Performance intercooler is engineered to replace the inadequate OEM intercooler on B9 and B9.5 Audi 2.0T and 3.0T platforms, including the A4, A5, Q5, S4, S5, and SQ5. This upgrade boasts 49% more volume than APR's intercooler, 37% more than CTS, 28% more than Integrated Engineering, 26% more than ECS, and 14% more than Wagner, offering over 135% more volume than the OEM unit. Constructed with cast aluminum end tanks and a highest-quality bar and plate core, this intercooler provides superior cooling performance, resulting in low intake air temperatures and significantly less pressure drop compared to the stock system. Its design also ensures low turbulence and anti-corrosion properties for lasting durability. It is suitable for vehicles with simple tunes up to full builds with large turbochargers, and even for stock vehicles with a damaged or failed OEM intercooler.
