The Integrated Engineering IEINCW1 is a cold air intake system designed for the VW Tiguan MQB with the 2.0T EA888.3 engine. It features a black powder-coated aluminum heat shield and a 5" pleated cotton filter. This intake system aims to unleash exciting turbo sounds and improve engine performance by allowing the turbo and engine to breathe more freely.

The IE cold air intake system transforms your VW Tiguan into a more engaging and sporty vehicle by unleashing exciting turbo spool and engine sounds. Flow bench testing shows a +16 CFM increase at -30IN/H20 over the stock intake. Constructed with a black powder-coated aluminum alloy heat shield that spans the front clip, this intake utilizes a full-width ram air scoop to channel cool outside air directly to the 5" pleated cotton filter. It features a motorsport-inspired velocity stack for efficient airflow channeling and a multi-ply silicone intake tube with stop-flat edges. Installation is designed to be straightforward, with an estimated time of around 1 hour and no permanent modifications required. The system uses factory-style mounting points for a tailored fit that looks at home in the engine bay. It is important to note that ROW (rest-of-world) engines without MAF sensors are not a direct fit and will require a custom spacer or dummy MAF housing for installation. This intake system is specifically designed for the VW Tiguan 2018-2020 models with the 2.0T EA888.3 engine.
