2.0T FK8 Cat-Back Downpipe

The RV6 Performance downpipe is engineered for the 2018+ Accord 2.0T and the FK8 2017 Civic Type-R, offering a direct-fit solution designed to utilize factory heat shields. Utilizing Solidworks 3D modeling and a Creaform 3D laser scanner, this downpipe ensures precise measurements and optimal fitment. Advanced flow analysis was employed to maximize flow characteristics through the transition from the turbo to the tube and from the tube to the front pipe. Constructed with a high-flow, high-temperature 300-cell catalytic converter and 304 stainless steel precision cast transition sections, this downpipe is built for longevity and performance. The design maintains all factory heat shield mounting points, features a 3.0” outlet, and is fully TIG welded with argon back-gassing for pure welds. Included hardware comprises 3 chromoly exhaust studs, 3 locking nuts, and a graphite gasket with a sealing ring designed to prevent blowouts. RV6 provides a 24-month warranty on castings and welding; however, there is no warranty on the catalytic converters. Optional ceramic coating (Silver or Black) is available for an additional cost, with processing adding 7-14 business days. The product is typically shipped with an estimated lead time, and processing for ceramic coating begins after order placement.
