The Neuspeed front mount intercooler kit is a high-performance cooling solution designed for the Volkswagen CC 2.0T. This kit utilizes an efficient bar-and-plate core with aluminum cast end-tanks to improve intake air cooling over the stock system.

The Neuspeed front mount intercooler kit replaces the inefficient factory-style intercooler system for the VW CC 2.0T. While stock intercoolers are often restricted behind the A/C condenser and coolant radiators, this kit positions the intercooler in the lower bumper opening to maximize exposure to unrestricted, cool airflow. The core features a durable bar-and-plate design with aluminum cast end-tanks, measuring 23.5" x 6.5" x 3". Installation of this kit requires no cutting or trimming of the metal bumper structure or bumper cover, allowing for a cleaner mounting process. The complete package includes the intercooler, rubber isolator mounts, billet mounting brackets, a billet hose adapter, silicone hoses, constant tension hose clamps, and all necessary hardware. The unit is CARB exempt (EO# D-236-21) and is available in either a standard natural aluminum finish or an optional black heat-emitting coating.
