2.0T FSI Hitachi HPFP Internals Upgrade Kit

The JHM High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) Internals Upgrade Kit is engineered to enhance the direct injection fueling system on 2.0T FSI engines. This kit replaces key internal components of the mechanical fuel pump to support higher fuel pressures and demands. The core of the upgrade is a piston with significantly increased area – 50% more than OEM, measuring 9.8mm compared to the stock 8.0mm. This kit is compatible with all 2.0T FSI engines equipped with Hitachi high-pressure fuel pumps, which are typically found on models with a timing belt rather than a timing chain. Specific fitment includes the Audi B7-A4 (BPG, BWT engine codes), Audi 8P A3-S3, Audi Mark II TT, Volkswagen Mark V GTIs, GLIs, Jettas, Volkswagen Mark VI Golf R, and Volkswagen B6 Passats. It is crucial to note that this upgrade does not fit newer "TSI" motors that use Bosch high-pressure pumps. The product is explicitly for off-road use and racing competition only and is not street-legal. Parts included in the kit are: 1x Upgraded Piston with Directional Flow Head, 1x Upgraded Spring, 1x Spring Keeper and Tappet Assembly, 1x Piston Cylinder or Sleeve, and 1x Installation Tool.
