2.0T Intake Manifold

The Integrated Engineering 2.0T Intake Manifold is a true motorsport-designed component engineered to deliver power and torque gains across the entire RPM range without sacrificing turbo spool time. It replaces the restrictive and failure-prone factory plastic manifold with a durable, high-performance unit constructed from USA cast aluminum, finished in a sleek black powder-coat with a black anodized velocity stack cover. Key features include O-ring seals for a leak-free installation without liquid gasket, no required wiring modifications, and thick wall cast construction for longevity. The manifold boasts a 2.4L internal plenum volume, significantly larger than the stock component, ensuring even airflow distribution to all four cylinders. Its flow-tuned runner design and flow-tested velocity stacks are optimized for substantial power increases throughout the RPM band. However, specific vehicle-specific install kits are required and sold separately, containing all necessary hardware, brackets, and couplers for a seamless integration. It's crucial to verify the correct kit for your application. Additionally, this performance manifold requires specific ECU software tuning to fully realize its potential and to disable the factory runner flap codes, which would otherwise trigger a check engine light and potential cold start issues. This manifold is compatible with VW and Audi 2.0T FSI EA113 and TSI EA888 Gen 1/2 engines. It does not fit B8/B8.5 A4 & A5 2.0T TSI engines with factory aluminum intake manifolds featuring a 5th injector, nor does it fit MK7/MQB EA888 Gen 3 engines. The manifold also includes pre-threaded 1/8" NPT ports on each runner for optional water/methanol injection.
