The 034Motorsport Turbo Inlet Pipe is engineered to provide the highest possible flow to the turbocharger for the 2.0T MQB-Evo, Volkswagen MK8 Golf R, and Audi 8Y S3. This component is designed to integrate seamlessly with factory or high-performance intakes, such as the S34 Intake, to maximize performance. Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum with a generous 76mm internal diameter, the inlet pipe promotes significant airflow gains. Its compressor inlet flange is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, ensuring a smooth transition for air entering the compressor housing. The design includes a unique adapter ring system that allows for future compatibility with larger turbo compressor housings through the availability of future adapter rings. The bead-rolled edge ensures the OEM-style turbo inlet hose is retained securely. Flow testing indicates a substantial increase, with the OE 8Y S3/Golf R assembly rated at 437.38 CFM @ 28 in.H20, while the 034Motorsport Turbo Inlet Pipe achieves 535.81 CFM @ 28 in.H20 with an intake bundle, representing approximately a 22.50% increase.
