2.0T Port Injection Performance Intake Manifold

The Integrated Engineering Port Injection Performance Intake Manifold is engineered to overcome the fueling limitations of stock direct injection systems in high-performance VW and Audi 2.0T FSI (EA113) and TSI (EA888 Gen 1/2) engines. By replacing the OEM plastic manifold with this cast aluminum unit, it provides a platform for adding a second set of injectors, specifically supporting EV14 or EV14 compact fuel injectors via specially machined bungs and a -6AN o-ring boss fuel rail inlet/outlet. This manifold is intended for race setups only and is not a direct bolt-on solution. It requires custom fuel setup, fabrication, potential removal of emission systems, custom tuning, and should only be installed by professional builders. The design focuses on optimizing airflow with flow-tested velocity stacks and precise runner tuning for significant power increases across the entire RPM band, without sacrificing low-end power or spool time. It is designed for big power, big turbo applications, allowing builds to surpass the typical 500-550HP ceiling for these engines on pump fuels. Fitment is specific to VW & Audi 2.0T FSI EA113 and TSI EA888 Gen 1/2 engines. It explicitly does NOT fit MK7/MQB EA888 Gen 3 engines. Installation may require modifications to vacuum lines and removal of the PCV system, making it unsuitable for street-driven vehicles.
