2.0TFSI K04 Turbocharger System

The Revo 2.0TFSI Transverse K04 Turbocharger System is a performance upgrade engineered to significantly enhance the 2.0TFSI engine's capabilities. When paired with Revo Stage 3 performance software, this kit transforms the engine, offering substantial power gains that result in a truly all-round performance vehicle. This system is designed for vehicles such as the VW MK5 Golf GTi, SEAT Leon FR, Skoda Octavia VRS, and SEAT Altea, aiming to provide not only increased power but also improved drivability. The kit includes a genuine Borg Warner K04-0064 turbocharger, modified to Revo’s exact specifications. It features custom silicone hoses, designed in-house with stepped necks to ensure a smooth transition of airflow. These hoses are capable of accommodating various intake setups with the included reducers. The system also incorporates a diverter valve relocation with a one-piece machined housing for the OE part, connecting seamlessly to the new silicone hoses. The redesigned turbo outlet eliminates the OEM resonator and increases airflow, contributing to superior performance compared to other K04 turbos on the market. The kit is supplied complete with all necessary gaskets, bolts, and fittings for installation.
