2:1 Siamese Exhaust Header Set

The V-Twin 29-0207 is a black 2:1 siamese exhaust header set designed for custom motorcycle applications. It features a 1-3/4" outer diameter and is engineered to fit under the carburetor on motorcycles equipped with rigid or swingarm frames and Evolution Big Twin or Sportster engines. This exhaust header set requires a muffler, which is sold separately. For 1986-2006 models, oxygen sensor bungs are also required and available separately. The design includes an extension of the rear pipe that fits over the front pipe, secured by an integral clamp. This joint is adjustable to ensure a proper fit during installation. After fastening each header flange bolt, the center tube clamp should be tightened. **CAUTION:** These exhaust products are intended for non-highway use only and are not legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled vehicles.
