2.1 Stroker Kit for EJ20

The Roger Clark Motorsport RCM2386 is a comprehensive 2.1 stroker kit engineered to deliver enhanced power, torque, strength, and reliability for Subaru EJ20 engine blocks, including open deck, semi-closed deck, and closed deck variants. This kit is built around a Subaru EJ25 heat-treated crankshaft featuring a 79mm stroke. The RCM/Omega forged pistons are crafted from 2618A aerospace alloy, meticulously CNC machined at a constant 20.5°C, and individually weighed and batched to within 0.5 grams for exceptional consistency. Accompanying these are RCM/Arrow H-section connecting rods, manufactured from high-strength EN24 steel, which undergo ultrasonic testing and crack detection. High-performance ACL race bearings, featuring a trimetal construction, are included to withstand higher RPM conditions and provide optimal oil flow. Included in the kit are genuine Subaru gaskets and necessary sealers for installation. The RCM stroker kit provides a stable and strong foundation for further power increases. Available piston sizes are STD, 0.25mm, and 0.50mm oversize. Note that a rear thrust conversion may be required for early closed deck blocks, and a cylinder re-bore and hone will be necessary for piston fitment. Installation is considered expert level.
