2.2/2.4L Ecotec Bolt-on Supercharger Kit

The ZZP 2.2/2.4L Bolt on Supercharger Kit provides a complete solution for adding a supercharger to your FWD 2.2 or 2.4L Ecotec engine. This kit ensures all components are brand new, offering a reliable upgrade. It requires the user to source an Eaton M62 supercharger and an LSJ intake manifold separately, though ZZP offers specific LSJ intake manifolds for purchase. The comprehensive kit includes a custom ZZP modular pulley system with a 3.1" pulley, 60# EV6 DeatschWerks injectors, a throttle body adapter harness, MAF extension, serpentine belt, ZZP intake tube with ZZP filter, ZZP alternator spacer, ZZP idler stand with pulley, valve cover breather, ZZP intercooler (IC) pump and mounting bracket, and a ZZP S3 heat exchanger. All necessary hardware, including nuts, bolts, gaskets, fittings, and hoses, is provided, along with a parts checklist and installation instructions. Specific fitment and component details vary by year and engine. The kit includes either a 2 bar MAP sensor (for vehicles 04-07) or a 4 bar MAP sensor (for vehicles 08+). If using the stock throttle body, specific adapter or extension harnesses are required for 2006-2007 2.4L engines, 2008+ 2.4L engines, and 2.2L engines. ECU programming is mandatory for this kit, and ZZP offers performance tunes for 2007+ 2.2L and 2006+ 2.4L engines, requiring the purchase of their Performance ECM and sending in your core for reflash. This kit does not fit RWD 2.4 applications. Modifications to stock LSJ parts may be necessary, such as plugging the inlet pressure sensor hole on the M62 supercharger and the TMap hole on the intake manifold. Note that M62 Superchargers are currently out of stock at ZZP and must be sourced independently.
