2.2/2.4L Ecotec Bolt-On Supercharger Kit

The ZZPerformance 2.2/2.4L Bolt-On Supercharger Kit offers a comprehensive solution for adding forced induction to your FWD 2.2L or 2.4L Ecotec engine. This kit is designed to be a complete bolt-on package, though it requires the user to supply an Eaton M62 supercharger and an LSJ intake manifold. All components within the kit are new, ensuring reliability and performance. Included in the kit are a custom ZZP modular pulley system with a 3.1-inch pulley, 60 lb/hr DeatschWerks injectors, a TB adapter harness, MAF extension, and appropriate MAP sensors (2-bar for 2004-2007 vehicles, 4-bar for 2008+). A serpentine belt, ZZP intake tube with filter, alternator spacer, idler stand with pulley, valve cover breather, ZZP IC pump with bracket, and ZZP S3 heat exchanger are also provided, along with all necessary nuts, bolts, gaskets, fittings, and hoses. Digital installation instructions and a parts checklist are included. This kit does not fit RWD 2.4L applications. Custom ECU programming is required to properly utilize the MAP sensor readings and optimize performance; ZZPerformance offers a PCM tuning service for 2007+ 2.2L and 2006+ 2.4L engines. Specific throttle body and MAP sensor compatibility notes are provided for different model years and engine variants, and some stock LSJ parts may require minor modifications such as plugging sensor holes. Optional items like the M62 Supercharger, LSJ throttle body, and LSJ lower intake manifold are available separately.
