The product is brand new and comes pre-greased, ready to fit. It is recommended to replace the dust shield between the body and rack during installation.

This quick ratio rack features a 2.2-turn lock-to-lock ratio, significantly reducing the steering input required compared to the standard 2.7-turn LHD rack. This faster response is crucial for drivers engaged in performance driving, where immediate reaction time from the driver to the car is critical. This steering rack is a brand-new component, pre-greased and ready for installation. When installing, it is important to replace the dust shield located between the body and the rack around the spindle that locates the inner column. Mini Spares recommends using one C-AJJ1571 unit per Mini.
