2.2L/2.4L Ecotec Bolt-on Supercharger Kit

The ZZP 2.2/2.4L Bolt-on Supercharger Kit provides a comprehensive solution for adding forced induction to your FWD 2.2L or 2.4L Ecotec engine. The kit features a custom ZZP modular pulley system with a 3.1" pulley, 60# EV6 DeatschWerks injectors, a TB adapter harness, MAF extension, serpentine belt, ZZP intake tube with filter, alternator spacer, idler stand and pulley, valve cover breather, ZZP IC pump and bracket, ZZP S3 heat exchanger, and all necessary hardware, gaskets, fittings, and hoses. MAP sensor inclusion varies by vehicle year: a 2 bar MAP sensor is included for 2004-2007 models, while a 4 bar MAP sensor is included for 2008+ models. ECU programming is a mandatory requirement for this kit to function correctly, and ZZP offers tuning services for 2007+ 2.2L and 2006+ 2.4L engines. If you wish to use your stock throttle body, specific adapter harnesses are required based on your vehicle's year and engine: an '06-'07 2.4L requires a TB adapter harness, an '08+ 2.4L requires a 6 to 8-pin adapter harness, and a 2.2L requires a TB extension harness. Important considerations for installation include potential modifications to the stock LSJ throttle body and supercharger components. The inlet pressure sensor hole on the M62 must be plugged, and the TMap hole on the intake manifold may also need to be plugged or the factory sensor left installed but not connected. This kit does not fit RWD 2.4L applications. Please note that kits are made to order and may take 1-2 weeks to ship.
