2.3L DISI EGR Delete Kit

The Damond Motorsports EGR Block off and Delete Kits are engineered to either block off or completely remove the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system on vehicles equipped with the 2.3L DISI engine, specifically the Mazdaspeed3, Mazdaspeed6, and CX-7. These kits offer a solution to prevent the recirculation of exhaust gases back into the intake manifold. By doing so, they ensure cleaner air enters the combustion chamber, promoting a more effective burn. Furthermore, eliminating the EGR system prevents the accumulation of soot and carbon buildup within the intake system, contributing to better engine health and performance. This product is often paired with an Oil Catch Can (OCC) kit for a comprehensive intake system cleaning strategy. Available in several configurations, the Tube Block off kits include a plate and bung for removing or blocking the EGR tube. The Valve Delete kits come with a plate, barb fitting, and necessary hardware to delete the EGR valve itself, creating additional space for intake and turbo components. For a complete removal, the Full Removal kits combine both the block off and delete functionalities. The delete kit includes a barbed fitting for the turbo coolant line, with an option for a plug if a coolant-less turbo is used, along with all necessary mounting hardware.
