The JDM Engine Depot K24A is a used, Japanese-imported engine designed for performance and reliability. This 2.4L, 4-cylinder, DOHC IVTEC engine assembly includes the complete head and block with all internal moving components. It typically exhibits mileage between 45,000 and 65,000 miles, offering a cost-effective solution for engine replacement or project builds. The engine is sold with external accessories as pictured, though these are not covered by the warranty. JDM Engine Depot offers a 90-day start-up warranty on the internal moving components of the head and block, commencing from the delivery date. It is crucial to note that performance engines, which include VTEC and i-VTEC variants like this K24A, carry a 30-day start-up warranty on internal components only. The warranty explicitly excludes numerous external components such as manifolds, fuel rails, injectors, valve covers, coils, turbos, alternators, A/C compressors, pumps, oil pans, seals, clutches, torque converters, and external sensors. Furthermore, warranty claims do not cover labor costs for installation or removal, and the engine must be installed by a certified mechanic.
