The 4 Piston Racing K24-KT1000 2.4L Complete Engine is engineered for demanding turbo endurance applications, balancing peak power with long-term durability. This engine is built upon a foundation of a rigid ductile iron sleeve with an o-ring, increasing displacement and rigidity. It utilizes Wiseco HD flat top pistons paired with tool steel wrist pins and is secured with ARP 625+ head studs, ACL race bearings, and ARP fasteners for superior strength and reliability under high stress. The valvetrain is a premium component, featuring a 4P Pro TSX CNC Cylinder Head equipped with Ferrea super alloy plus valves, springs, retainers, and locks. For optimal turbo performance, it includes 4P tool steel billet Outlaw Turbo iVTEC camshafts and adjustable cam gears. The lubrication system is enhanced with a 4P ported oil pump and an aluminum Moroso oil pan that includes a built-in turbo oil return. All new Honda timing components and hardware are standard, ensuring a complete and reliable engine package from valve cover to oil pan. This engine is meticulously assembled by specialized performance engine builders in a clean environment, using calibrated tools.
