2.5" Hot-Side & 2.75" Cold-Side Piping Kit

The CV Fab CVF Aluminum Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit (200KIT-1) is engineered to enhance the performance of your Ford Focus ST's turbo by optimizing airflow to the intercooler. This kit replaces the stock rubber hot-side and restrictive cold-side piping with larger, mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, promoting smoother airflow. Constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum, this kit offers significantly improved thermal capacity and is approximately one-third the weight of comparable stainless steel components. The hot-side and cold-side pipes feature smooth bends for efficient air movement, and the 4-ply silicone couplers are designed with ultra-resistant fibers to withstand heat and pressure. Additionally, the cold-side pipe includes a 1/8th in. NPT bung, pre-plugged, for potential meth injection setups. Heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and all necessary couplers are included for a secure fit. Installation is designed to be straightforward, requiring only basic hand tools and typically taking about 45 minutes without the need for additional modifications.
